Day to day I look after a portfolio of Microsoft 365 tenants: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, identity and devices. The bigger pieces are migrations, security uplift and the automation that makes the next job faster.
My background runs from a 24/7 service desk in UK government-classified environments, through an enterprise device refresh for a Victorian water corporation, to modern workplace engineering in Sydney. I'm as comfortable writing the PowerShell as I am walking a director through what it changes.

OneDrive → SharePoint Migration
Designed and executed an end-to-end migration of project file shares into structured SharePoint sites - replacing legacy sharing-link architecture with site-based access controls. Authored a custom PowerShell + Microsoft Graph toolchain for size- and item-count parity validation, permission stripping, and a full audit evidence trail, then produced end-user training and director-level comms.
